Which lenses fit which cameras
Every combination below is worked out from the mounts’ flange focal distances, not copied from a forum post. Where a lens will physically mount but the autofocus will not behave, this site says which — because that is the part that decides whether the adapter was worth buying.
The adaptation matrix
Lens mounts down the side, camera bodies across the top. A tick means a plain adapter with no glass in it reaches infinity focus. Follow a link for what happens to autofocus.

Why the flange distance decides it
The flange focal distance is the gap between the lens mounting ring and the sensor. To put a lens on a different body and still focus to infinity, that gap has to be reproduced exactly — so the adapter has to make up the difference. If the body’s flange distance is shorter than the lens’s, the adapter is simply a spacer, contains no glass, and costs nothing in image quality.
If the body’s flange distance is the same or longer, there is no room. Adapters sold for those combinations contain corrective optics, which cost sharpness and usually a stop of light. That is the whole reason mirrorless cameras adapt old SLR glass so well: moving the mirror out of the way shortened every mirrorless flange distance to under 20 mm.
